I’m a professional
Please note:
From 1st April, Family Action Integrated Children’s Services will be able to accept new referrals.
Counselling demands a lot of emotional energy from clients; we want clients to make best use of the service and will support them to assess the best time to do this.
We would encourage teams to hold off making a referral for anyone in crisis, with imminent court dates (within 3 months), or without secure housing until the clients situation is settled.
Referrals
Please note, this page is for professionals to make a professional referral. If you need help for a friend or family member, click here.
We have an online streamlined referral service for professionals, which you can access using the link below. We no longer accept paper referrals.
If you need advice on your referral, please contact our team on 0808 2800 999, or alternatively email referrals@stayingput.org.uk.
Guidance
With our Survive and Thrive partners, we have developed a Professional’s Handbook, which is designed to help those working in the health and social care sectors know what services are on offer, who is eligible and how to refer them.
Our guide covers families, children, individuals and perpertrators.
Download your guide using the button below. Please get in touch if you would like a physical copy.
