The Early Intervention and Prevention Team delivers and facilitates group-based support for survivors of Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence.

The Power of Change Programme is a 12-session, Women’s Aid accredited course designed to empower and support healing. It explores topics such as basic rights, power and privilege, oppressive and equal relationships, trauma, grief, boundaries, assertiveness, and the process of change, helping survivors understand their experiences and develop coping strategies for personal growth.

The Peer Support Group is a client-led, safe space where individuals can share experiences, build connections, and offer mutual encouragement. Facilitated by trained leaders, the group fosters healing through shared understanding, empowering survivors to build resilience, develop coping strategies, draw strength from one another’s journeys, and receive emotional support in their recovery.

Staying Put and Yorkshire Mesmac are offering a safe space where LGBT+ survivors can come together and support each other.
