As a Domestic Abuse Intervention Facilitator, you will work collaboratively within a small team, delivering support programs in diverse settings. Your focus will be on equipping individuals with awareness tools to achieve enduring recovery from the impact of domestic abuse. Adopting a trauma-informed approach, you will be creative and engaging in your delivery, ensuring a whole systems approach to safeguarding and support planning. This role involves close collaboration with statutory partners and charitable sectors to establish clear communication and support pathways.
Women only – ** Due to the nature of our refuges being for women only, we can only accept applications from women under schedule 9 (part 1) of the Equality Act 2010**
Full time, 37.5 hrs per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. £27,554 – £28,735 depending on qualifications or Part time, 30 hrs per week, 4 days, £22,043 – £22,988 per annum depending on qualifications.
Maternity cover for 12 months.
