Yasmin Khan
Chief Executive Officer
Yasmin is Chief Executive of the Staying Put Group. She is educated to postgraduate level gaining an MBA with the University of Huddersfield in 2010.
Yasmin has more than 20 years’ experience as a Chief Executive with an excellent track record of leading organisations to focus on the people they support. Her career has been in health and wellbeing where she has focused on outcomes, delivering compassionate, safe and effective care and an outstanding experience for service users.
Yasmin has over 25 years’ experience of leading on women’s rights/gender-based violence, education services to young people raising aspiration and widening opportunities, supported housing and working around mental health and wellbeing. She is passionate about equality of opportunity and human right issues regularly advocating and campaigning for change. Since 2000 Yasmin has been instrumental in setting up a range of innovative services for vulnerable people in West Yorkshire in addition to developing national working initiatives for marginalised groups.
She has previously worked locally, regionally, nationally and internationally, for the government, national Women’s Aid, housing associations and NGOs.
Yasmin is an Independent Member of the Leeds Committee of the West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) she Chaired the Leeds Delivery/health inequalities Sub-Committee from 2021 to 2025, currently Chair of the Equality Impact Assessment Panels, Deputy Chair of Finance, Value & Performance Sub-Committee and Deputy Chair of Quality & People’s Experience Sub-Committee of the ICB. She Chairs the Yorkshire Regional Domestic Abuse Housing Alliance and former Chair/Co-chair of Safer Communities forum, third sector advisor on West Yorkshire Combined Authority, member of West Yorkshire Women Leaders Network, she has representation on these partnerships with the aim to influence better outcomes for the most vulnerable and disadvantaged people in society.

Anita Pluckwell
Head of Operations & Client Care
With a background in social care, Anita Pluckwell has worked across Europe, and set up a victim support scheme for service families in north-west Europe, before settling back in the UK and furthering her career in domestic abuse services. Previous to working at Staying Put, Anita worked for Trafford Domestic Abuse Services where she led a team delivering outreach services to survivors and developed domestic abuse training packages for professionals.
Anita’s role as Head of Operations & Client Care means she oversees all our service delivery, across our Community Hub, One Front Door and Accommodation services.

Adrian Byrne
Head of Finance & Corporate Services
Adrian qualified as a chartered accountant in 2005 and has specialised in charity accounting for the last ten years. He is passionate about the excellent work that charities do, and has also been involved in a voluntary capacity as a trustee of two charities, a financial advisor to another charity and the manager of a job club through the charity Christians Against Poverty.
Adrian is excited to have now joined Staying Put at this time of growth and is looking to implement financial systems and processes to facilitate excellent standards of financial governance, and to provide a secure financial platform for the next stage of Staying Put’s development. He lives in Leeds with his wife and three sons.

Dina Niemczyk
One Front Door Manager
Dina developed and now manages the One Front Door, which is the helpline for the Survive and Thrive partnership.

Shazana Rasib
Accommodation Services Manager
Shazana’s role is to oversee both housing and support across our refuges and dispersed properties, including Solace Housing Association, and the resettlement service.

Ayshea Grey
Community Services Manager
Ayshea looks after all things community- from IDVA’s, ISVA’s, the Early Intervention and Prevention Team, Hospital IDVAs and GP IDVA’s.

Rebecca Talbot
HR Manager

Debbie Kester
Digital Communications Manager

Andy Ellis
Business Development Manager
