We’re a small but growing charity with big ambitions for those affected by domestic abuse and sexual violence.  We are now seeking a proven and experienced Executive Assistant, someone who is professional, resourceful, and super organised to work with the Chief Executive and Senior Leadership Team to help drive forward our new strategy which aims to save and improve more lives.

About the role

This is a new opportunity to work alongside the Senior Leadership Team on strategic and operational planning, governance, and organisational development. You will be a critical player in the smooth running of the charity and responsible for liaising with and driving great relationships in and outside the charity. This vital position requires both the ability to grasp the big picture with excellent organisational, communication, planning and writing skills.

This is a part time role, 30 hours over 5 days, £28,000 – 30,000 per annum pro rata (depending on experience)

About you

Do you have experience of delivering a professional and organised secretarial and administrative service to senior managers? We are looking for someone who can work with all levels of the organisation but is a great organiser and can manage the diaries of the 3 SLT managers. This is a new role so a great opportunity to make it your own if you have proven experience of developing administrative systems and processes. We are looking for someone with extensive expereince of preparing meeting documentation, taking and producing minutes and reports.
